Turns out that MTV’s very own “Wild Boy” and Nicole Ritchie’s new man, the disgusting though amusing Steve-O, dumped none other than MTV’s very own unofficial Wild Girl, Trishelle Cantanella to be with Skeletor.

Nicole Richie’s relationship with Steve-O came not just as a surprise to all of us, but also to the girl who was dating the Ass part of Anorexass.
That’s right, Baby Zahara’s new man came as a total shock to Real World Las Vegas wild child Trishelle, whom PerezHilton.com has learned is devastated about being dumped for the recovering heroin addict.
What more, Trishelle, known for her hard-partying ways, was - just days before Anorexass made their debut on the scene - telling friends how happy she was with her new relationship with Steve-O.
“Trishelle found out about [Anorexass] by seeing the paparazzi pics,” a source close to the reality TV ho tells PerezHilton.com. “She is devastated.”
What does one expect from a man who voluntarily stapled his own ass?
