The Real World Boss Blogs
The latest “blogger” to bring insight to our favorite reality shows is Ricky Croft, a VP at Mystic Tan and the new boss of the cast of The Real World: Key West.As Reality Blurred reports, Ricky thinks of himself as the “8th cast member”:
Yesterday, he referred to the show as “our season” and lamented not being mentioned in online writing about the show. If he’s not serious, he’s really good at extending the joke for post after post after post. In one, he wrote, “Here’s the Wikipedia entry for our season of The Real World. I don’t have a mention on the page, yet. Is that anyway to treat the 8th cast member?”
Ricky defended himself on his blog today:
“8th Cast Member” stuff was something the house members came up with. See, instead of creepy, I’d say we were close. That happens when you work long hours together trying to do something like jumpstart a new business.
Quite frankly, we really can’t expect too much out of the man partially responsible for the funky orange glow passing as a tan all over Hollywood.
