Adam Duritz + Trishelle = Love?

Adam Duritz, singer for Counting Crows, is reportedly dating former Real World-er and notorious party girl, Trishelle Cannatella.
The allure of Adam Duritz is some sort of modern mystery, as the man has dated the likes of Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox.
Now in no way am I comparing Trishelle to Jen, but c’mon - they’re all attractive ladies and Adam, well, Adam is just… not so attractive.
Any ideas as to what the Adam Duritz appeal is all about?
He’s gotta 13-incher… I’m not a handsome guy either, but my 12-inches get me ladies.
Oh, it’s the romanticism of his lyrics and the beauty of his voice. Melts me every time.

Well, he has apparently lost about 60 or 70 pounds since the beginning of the year. It should be noted that he wasn’t all that un-handsome back in the mid-late 90’s. He just ballooned into a stinky porky side-show-bob looking character. Smella got his groove back.
