Well, there’s certainly no denying that plastic surgery has transformed Miss Heidi Montag. Hey - whatever tickles your pickle, right?
I mean, the evidence totally speaks for itself, which is why we didn’t press the issue when we sat down and chatted with Spencer and Heidi right after the reported surgery.
My feeling is that if it makes you happy (and you aren’t Jason Wahler), who am I to judge?
Just three weeks after her breast augmentation and rhinoplasty, Heidi Montag, 20, turned heads with beau Spencer Pratt April 22 on a Malibu beach.
“She looked awesome!” says an onlooker. “She seemed really happy.”
Sources tell Us Weekly that Beverly Hills-based doc Frank Ryan did both surgeries. Montag always wanted C-cups, a pal tells Us.
“Whatever women need to do to feel sexy, they should do,” says Montag.
Though Montag has not confirmed she had surgery, she does admit she has plenty of reasons to be in good spirits.
“I’m in a great place in my life right now,” she tells Us.
Pratt adds: “I would never tell her what to do with her body.”

I think Heidi look’s very pretty she finally got what she wanted C cup breast and her nose done she feels great and look’s great that is all that matters.

i think she should have just stayed natural. she looked pretty before the surgery.
