MTV Gets Their Tequila On
I have to be honest, I have my reservations about the new MTV show A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. It seems like MTV might actually be reaching a new low, which I almost didn’t think was possible. Then again, I became addicted to Rock of Love with Bret Michaels over on VH1, so what do I know about highbrow reality TV?
Buddy TV interviewed MySpace maven, Tila Tequila, about her new show. Check it out:
As someone who is bisexual, what has been your past experience with relationships? Have you dated more men or women, or has it been equal?
It’s been pretty equal, ’cause I’ve gone through phases where I’d like girls a lot. And I’m so sick and tired of chicks, they’re so dramatic, I get away for a while. And then after being on guys for a while and having lots of guy friends, then I’ll start missing the feminine stuff, and I’d be going over to the other side again. Oh wow, I wish I had a girlfriend, I’m so tired of guys. So it’s always back and forth like that, ’cause I’m always hanging out with just girls or just guys.
And at the start of the show, the 16 straight men and the 16 lesbians don’t know about each other, don’t know that they’re both competing for you. What happened when they first realized that? What was their general reaction? Were they upset with it, were they OK with it?
Because both sexes came in thinking that it’s just a show about the straight guys with me, or the girls thought it was a show about lesbians, and a lot of them were straight-up lesbians–they do not like guys at all. So when they found out, of course, I mean there’s 32 people standing there in shock, not knowing what’s going on, they feel tricked or whatever. And once they start to find out, the guys are all excited, of course. And some of the girls, they did feel a little bit upset that there are guys around. So there’s a lot of emotions going on, and the fighting begins, and just gets really crazy from there.

yea i think that show is dumb i really dont see why everyone is so gun hoe about that girl. per personaly i think she is ugly. I feel that the only reason why people want to be with her is because of her fame and her music wont go far … ANOTHER ONE HIT WONDER!!!!

Ok i ain’t jealous of her and hating on her because of who she is and what she does,but i do not think she is beautiful.She has a weird prettiness about her.Her hair is GREAT.I also do not like her singing that much as well but i still thinks she kicks ass..Looks are not everything and neither is what a body looks like cause looks can fade fast and a body can turn fat and sloppy.I do think she has a good personality and i think that is what gets her far and why people hate on her so much!She seems as a great person 2 get to know or be with(guy or girl) and become friends with.She is honest from what i see and can tell and that is not something you come by very often and it is not what most people have in this world!She is human just like every one else and trying to live her life to the fullest and enjoy it before her time is up and she gets to old or ugly or over weight or what ever the case may be.So every one needs to back off her case and let her be!It is not like she is fucking up your life and causing you problems with your life or relationship so why get so mad at her or what she says or does!She is just trying to find what ever one else in this messed up world is trying to find,LOVE AND TO BE ACCEPTED IN A RELATIONSHIP…FRIEND OR LOVE OR FAMILY what ever it maybe..She has feelings and thoughts just like the rest of us!She tries and she succeeds and she tries and fails at things and people just like we do!GET OVER IT AND YOU PEOPLE THAT HATE ON HER AND OTHERS WELL JUST GET A LIFE AND STOP BEING MAD AT THEIRS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR’S OWN LIFE TO MAKE IT GREAT!Do you think she is sitting around wasting it or being mad..NOOOOOO she is having fun and doing something with her life before it ends!
