Lauren’s Ditching The Hills for the Hollywood Flats
Looks like Miss Lauren Conrad is moving on up (and out) of her deluxe apartment in the sky… And right into a fancy house in Hollywood. The Hollywood flats that is. Buh-bye hills!
LC has bought herself a lovely 2 million dollar, four bedroom, four bath home just off Sunset Boulevard. The MTV paychecks must be mighty large these days!
A well placed “reality realtor” tells PageSix.com, “The house is beautiful inside and out, Lauren has found herself a gem. This area is so happeneing right now.” Lauren fell in love with the place the minute she walked in the door and said, “I want it!” according to sources.
The star is set to move into the luxury home in around six weeks time and can’t wait to tell her friends about the house-warming party she is planning, it’s going to be a biggie we hear… and on camera of course!
Does that mean Audrina will have a room of her own in this new bachelorette pad?
