Lisa Love Has No Love for The Hills

It looks like Lisa Love isn’t going to be Lauren Conrad or Whitney Port’s valentine this year.
The Teen Vogue west coast editor has spoken out on the girls’ internship ending, making it clear that the magazine no longer wanted to be associated with the show and the girls’ very public partying ways.
“I think that’s really why Teen Vogue had had their moment with them — it went into another zone,” Lisa told Us Weekly.
Lisa went on to address rumors that show is scripted, “I think why they say all that is because there’s so much editing. They shoot reality and somehow it’s changed in the editing room to appeal to things, I don’t know,” she said. “I’ve never watched the show.
As for her take on Lauren and Whitney? “They were great interns in the beginning, and then it’s time for interns to go some place else, right?”
The Teen Vogue editor seemed less than enthused with Lauren’s own fashion line - the Lauren Conrad Collection. “I think it’s more T-shirt kind of things and jeans, very simple basics.”
I’ve always thought the internship was a bit “useless” now that the girls have become stars in their own rights. I mean, do they really still get coffee for their boss and spend all night working guest lists on a computer? I doubt it.

Lisa Love is really nice and so is Amy Astley my sisters and I work for Teen Vogue. I love to watch the Hills and The City. I love seeing Jay and Emily and Erin and Whitney.
Lisa Love is very intelligent, she knows what she is talking about! She can’t help it if Lauren and Whitney make the wrong choices and don’t know how to manage their own lives!
