Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt sparked baby on board rumors as they filmed a scene for the Hills at Kitson Kids on Robertson Blvd. Spencer was seen rubbing Heidi’s stomach and playing with dolls but don’t worry, as far as we know Montag is not pregnant. Spencer even told that paparazzi that talk of a baby scared him!
