Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari of The Hills and Laguna Beach celebrated her 23rd birthday with her girlfriends at Eva Longoria Parker’s new nightclub Eve in Crystals at CityCenter last night. Kristin began the night at Beso, Eva’s restaurant beneath Eve that is part of the sprawling CityCenter, and then walked the red carpet outside Eve.  Kristin danced and sipped champagne with her friends late into the night. Kristin Cavallari and Justin Bobby were spotted filming a scene for The Hills at 8oz. Burger on Melrose yesterday. I knew in the back of my mind that this relationship was constructed to amp up drama and ratings on the popular show but seeing these pictures really make it look like nothing more than a production.
